About The Artwork
Painting in the prophetic style, this piece emerged on the canvas as you see it. Looking to "see" what story was emerging, I recognized shapes that reminded me of the Pyramids and so emphasized that. The purple in front of the pyramids is suggestive of camels....those ships of the desert carrying their rich cargo. I was inspired by the story of the Exodus of the Hebrew slaves.
