This painting is really special for me and has quite a hunting effect. It was inspired by my love of flamenco. The skin, specially, has many layers of transparencies that makes it glow. There is also a lot of symbolism: the fallen shoe, the abandoned flowers in the background, the loose strap on the shirt (a reference to Sargent's Madame X)
