Feelings can be portrayed in a painting so well. Being a mother to two children l have always felt a protective instinct towards them. I wanted to translate this feeling of love and protection in my painting too. I wanted to portray this wonderful feeling symbolically. Hence 'Embrace' was conceptualised! It is an acrylic painting on canvas, depicting the love and protection a mother feels towards her child. It is a vibrant abstract with fine texture in the background. Mother's love is pure and universally accepted to be selfless. She protects her child from all worldly dangers( depicted by the red background) and delicately embraces her baby! I have used good quality paints and canvas. I hope this brings positive energy in a home, wherever it is hung!
