Empyrean Drawing

The author's own subconscious special vision of the world and her subtle world perception was the starting point for the work creation. In such a case, the artist has applied such drawing technique as monotype, which is a source of inspiration, unpredictable subconscious reality. In this work the author conveys all the acuity of the wildlife real form. Passing through her own perception of the surrounding reality, she reveals something more than a faithfully conveyed impression. As a result, the viewers observe a panoramic landscape with intensely flowing orange light of empyrean. According to the representation of the ancient philosophy, the empyrean is one of the upper parts of the sky filled with fire and light and serving as the dwelling place of the gods. Using a bright and expressive palette, the author displays a special coloristic solution. Orange paints are supported by warm flashes on the trees, which helps the sky to sound fiery. In the center piercing-ringing shine passages resembling a kind of three-span arches leading to the mystical universe. Shrouded fantastic light glows from the inside and pulsating waves diverge up. This part of the sky attracts special attention. Peering into the protruding outlines of unusual shapes, spots glowing with complex reflected light, desire arises to open the veil, which hides something elusive, living woven from the air. There is a feeling of waiting for the incredible, inaccessible, as if there are completely different worlds beyond this edge. The work emanates a feeling of mild ghostly, sometimes protruding, almost elusive flickers further enhance this state. The place has an extraordinary nature: bizarre rocks, hillocks, with various forms of stones, tiered waterfalls flowing into each other.
