About The Artwork
Mortality has been on my mind, lately. I conclude that we are not alone in the universe, but we are all far removed and temporary. This conjecture is based on a preponderance of astronomical observations, human behavior (intelligent life), and laws of physics. I don't find this philosophy morbid or nihilistic, and therefore don't title the piece "End of Life," for example. Hundreds of millions of years of future time interest me, as does today.
