Ephemeral Painting

Ephemeral is a series of recent paintings that develops the concept of duality. In the photographic cuts of the ensembles, the concept of "all" is given by intuition and not by an analytic restitution: as an act by subtraction, it is the elimination of the descriptive data and is a proven denial of the gaze. In this way it is impossible to make the audience "accomplice" and the difficulty to calm them with a reassuring scenography or a recognizable and familiar structural contexts. There is little air in the works, but a strong ambition to the breath that reveals dualism understood as the dual iconographic binary of being: human being and living being. The human being fragile and crystallized in a delicate epidermic casing and the living being procreator of air and shining in its strength. Two natures are flanked, they are equivalent in an existential exchange.
