About The Artwork
Acrylic and Charcoal on canvas I am forever thinking about my fate and the end as to what and when the outcome will be. This is my new painting “Esther”. I often thought of the Sylvia Plath novel the Bell Jar when I was painting this piece and have named the painting after the main character in the book. This will be linked to my “What is the Script” theme and in particular a short film entitled Suicide which i am writing and will intend to film during November. I know that no one is watching and I want to sink into the abyss of my fate.
