The September sky is strangely dark and gray, but the light that filters through the clouds creates a turquoise transparency in this wave, the lights and shadows play with the foam and form pleasant textures. An ode that expresses power, yet it gives me a deep sense of peace, a sweet relief from suffering. This is an oil on canvas 50x50 cm. painted with high-quality professional colors and mediums to ensure durability. The live colors may be slightly different from what you see on the PC screen, also due to the settings, however, I personally guarantee the quality of the work that in-person surprises and excites much more than in photography!

Welcome Art lovers! I am an Italian artist based in north of Italy, near Milan. My paintings are greatly influenced by my love for the nature and traditions of Japan, a country I am really enamored with. This passion led me to paint a whole series of painting dedicated to the land of Rising Sun called "My Japan"; each painting of this set, has its own history and an emotional value. Looking at them I am able to remember exactly how my mood was that moment when I was laying down a brushstroke one after another. My greatest satisfaction is to recognize that someone feels the same emotions looking at them. It does not matter if my paintings are considered good or not as long as they left an impression on the viewer. Recently I like to paint stormy seascapes with strong waves and vibrant colors. Among my works you can also find paintings of the countryside where I live, Still Life and paintings of the Italian Alps. Some of my paintings are part of private collections in Italy, USA, Japan, Canada, Finland, England, Ireland, Australia, Hong Kong and South Africa.
