About The Artwork

This little bird is a delight. Its song is sweet and melodious. It is a bird that often mooves in winter with other small birds like the firecrest. It’s a momentary enchantment in the forest when you meet one of those troops around the corner. Not easy to watch, the Great Crested Tit does not hold in place and the lighting is often weak in the undergrowth. Lophophanes cristatus is a red-listed endangered species in France. There are 300,000 to 600,000 pairs on the whole country. Some areas are protected because of its occurence.
