About The Artwork
This painting is ready to hang on the wall and has a wood oak frame. My pantings are mixed media, I use acrylics, charcoal, pastels & oil. I work in an intuitive way, expressing my experiences and emotions on my paintings. I’m drawn to the wild nature around my home in the countryside of south Portugal and this inspires my loose gestural marks, organic shapes and colours. I explore different textures and styles of painting that form abstract images of my imagination. Once you place your order you will get a confirmation message and I will start packing the painting and booking the pickup, I use DHL Express for all my international orders. Claudia was born in Lisbon, 1976. As a self-taught Artist, she developed her criative side by painting and drawing as a hobby while working in technology for over 18 years. After living and working in England for 10 years she returned to Portugal to live in Serra de Serpa, in Alentejo, a sleepy countryside area in south Portugal where her family is from. There, she started painting Abstract Art full time. Claudia works with several techniques, from Acrylics to Oils, intuitively composing expressive pieces with various styles, colours, brushstrokes, shapes and textures. Nature around her home and her emotional experiences throughout life are a constant source of inspiration in her work. Her works are in Collectors homes all over the world and have been featured in several magazines, Claudia also works with Art Curators and Interior Design Companies.
