His other artistic influences are his professors and Master Painters, Kofi Kayiga and Steve Locke. Jack has also studied the works of Rufino Tamayo, Paul Klee, Richard Diebenkorn, Matthew Gibson, George Morrison and Chakia Booker as well as many other artists. Jack primarily works as a painter in Acrylic, Watercolor and Oil on various supports. Jack also has a large body of work in digital and mixed media and has studied and displayed two and three dimensional works, installation art and performance art in locations mainly in the state of Massachusetts, but has displayed and sold work nationally and internationally. Inspiration for Jack comes from painting through the obstacles in life that keep him from painting and doing his best to make it to his studio every day. Jack finds creative sparks from prayer for nature, meditation, dance and music as well as the great mysteries that are revealed at midnight, dawn. Jack is also inspired when he can help others to have a moment to perceive new realities.
