About The Artwork

This is the drop-sheet that was used for the years 2019-2022, each layer deeper goes further back in time. Whenever a watery session of painting was done about two litres of paint was absorbed by this drop-sheet, as such it has become incredibly stiff. The rectangle/line shapes were made by the edges of canvas that were laid over it. The artist was undecided about whether to turn this into a piece or not, but after repainting the studio wall, the little bits of white that fell completed the piece. Acrylic on picnic blanket. Please note, this work is available, but can only be sent stretched, and postage companies do not answer the queries about how much it would cost to send. Within Berlin/Germany should be relatively cheap, international, it is unclear
