About The Artwork
Painting on canvas using collage elements made of embroidered fabric and metal foil. Fresh colors like turquoise, orange and pink and light purple are combined with earthy tones. As always, I began with this work with care and prudence. But sometimes I work on a picture and suddenly it works with me! Powerful freedom has developed here and has become visible in a lively and dynamic work. The sides of the stretcher are also painted and on the back there is a professionally embedded hanging loop so that the picture can be hung up immediately. A matt applied varnish protects the work from the effects of light. The work is subtly signed on the front and you will receive a signed certificate of authenticity. www.evarubin.art
