Going Somewhere Painting

My inspiration comes from the people, places, and issues I have experienced across the country and around the globe. When I'm exploring the world and it’s developments I paint.   I was raised surrounded by creative opportunity. By the age of ten my art educator father and crafty mother ensured I had painted, weaved, potted, carved and sketched. I attended art courses and have been surrounded by critics, appraisers, auctioneers, consultants and artists my entire life. I've met A.Y. Jackson and have studied the Group of Seven's work up close and personal and was the creator of recreations of their work for an award winning documentary. I have completed a plethora creative projects during a colourful 30 years in professional communications, run a design studio written, directed, sketched, proofed and tracked across many media. My projects have included a number of pieces for private collectors, and has included work for globally released media projects.
