About The Artwork
"Good appetite" is a work I created for the "Window to the Soul" exhibition at the Italian Institute of Culture in Bucharest in 2022. We can see that it is about the reinterpretation of the famous work Bacchus created by Caravaggio in 1596. All the reinterpreted elements bring to mind Italy, spaghetti, Moretti beer, the soccer ball and the Italian national soccer jersey. "Good appetite"!
