The past 20 years Tania has exhibited widely through-out Paris, Saint Tropez, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and in Sydney at Australian Galleries Works, Liverpool Street Gallery, Art House, Olsen Gallery and currently selling works with Twenty Twenty Six Gallery to name a few. I have been looking at the forms within large and small plants and it has given me ideas to recreate and restructure the way plants grow. If you look at a plant, tree, bush or flower and its gorgeous foliage you can see these wonderful compositions they make without trying! Sydney-based, Tania Mason has a Diploma and Degree in Fine Arts from the National Art School in Sydney. For the past 20 years Tania has exhibited in Paris and Saint Tropez, France and in Australia she has shown in galleries in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney.
In 2016 Tania was the winner of the Calleen Art Award for Painting. More recently she has completed an 18m Public Art Commission in Bondi Junction, NSW.
Other notable commissions include work for The Arts Centre of Victoria, and The Australian Ballet 'Fire Bird and Other Legends’, a 100-year celebration of inspirational art history. These works were purchased by The Arts Centre of Victoria Collection and toured regional Australia.
Tania has held multiple art residencies at Bundanon, Hill End, and ArtSpace, Sydney. Throughout these residencies, her love of teaching and hosting workshops has developed and she currently conducts weekly classes at ArtEst in Sydney.
Tania is working towards an exhibition at Gosford and Woollahra Gallery 2024.
