She pulses with signals. Some are visible, some are buried deep. Her body becomes a transmission, marked by touch, emotion, memory. This painting is about the warmth we carry, the heat we hide, the silent signatures we leave behind. I explored how we carry heat - physically, psychologically and spi...

I was born in Bucharest in November 1987. Art has always been my first language. I’ve been painting since childhood. Before I had words for emotion, I had color, texture, distortion. My style emerged instinctively: veiled figures, melting identities, dreamlike faces caught between expression and silence. These images didn’t come from theory - they came from somewhere deep and private. They still do.
Later in life, I became a doctor - a geriatrician - and medicine didn’t create my art, but it sharpened my awareness of its meaning. Working so closely with aging, memory loss, and human fragility made me question everything we think is stable: time, identity, desire, presence. It gave me language for what I was already painting. It taught me how to listen to what isn’t said.
I use a wide range of materials, from acrylics to oils, canvas to glass, always searching for the edge where emotion reaches its limit. My goal is not to depict reality, but to push expression to its furthest point, to make the invisible visible, to give form to what is buried, veiled, or half-remembered.
I paint psychological landscapes.
I paint the places between memory and forgetting, presence and absence, knowing and feeling.
I paint to explore the unknown - and maybe to make it known.
What drives me is not beauty, but emotional truth.
I don’t want my work to be understood immediately.
I want it to be felt.
