This artwork is inspired by the work of the fashion designer Vivienne westwood and deals with our perception and interpretation of words. 'Time' in this instance. Time is one of those strange human things which define us and stamp its meaning on us continuously. Though for something so important, it is pretty malleable too, if we take into consideration British summer time and the varying time zones around the world. So the girl in the painting "just can't find the time" which is hiding behind her in plain sight. Is it her interpretation of time that she maybe can't seem to find.
