Они подавляют голос своей уникальной природы, как только могут. Чувство страха, ненависти, агрессии, состояние слабости, внутренняя боль осуждаются большинством. Многие люди относятся к крику своего духа как к маленькому нежеланному ребенку. Понять суть этой информации, можно только через сотрудничество с этими эмоциями. Всегда можно внимательно выслушать своего ребенка и понять причины плача, боли, агрессии или страхов. Понимание смысла эмоции приходит через наполнение этой эмоцией. Но не только наполнение важно, важно и выражение этой эмоции в реальности, ибо только тогда происходит очищение сознания. Важна проточность импульсов. Можно всегда найти прекрасные способы выражения негативных эмоций и боли: дневник, разговор с близкими людьми, искусство, спорт и т.д. Сказанные слова, поглощают эмоции, поэтому очень важно говорить о своих чувствах. Многие люди считают, что надо терпеть боль и страдания, и ничего не делать, не анализировать себя – это их выбор, это выбор безразличия к себе. Если вы пилот своего самолета и не обращаете внимание на показания приборов, на то, какие лампочки загораются на вашей бортовой панели, то далеко вы не улетите.
