About The Artwork
"Inside the Garden 1" is vibrant and colorful small painting on canvas. It is a one of a kind painting, an absolutely spontaneous, vibrant and unique creation by me, Christel Haag. Together with "Inside the Garden 2" it is a beautiful diptych. This high quality acrylic painting is done on gallery wrapped canvas, with no need for framing, as the edges are painted. I sign my paintings on the side, but I can sign them also on the front, at request. The size of the artwork is 20 x 20 x 2 cm / 7,9 x 7,9 x 0,8 inch. It will be shipped carefully protected within a cardboard box. A signed Certificate of Authenticity will be included with the artwork.

Mainly a self-taught artist I live and work in Munich in Germany. In 2002 I made the decision to follow my heart and retrain as an artist. Nature inspires me. Its beauty and harmony, its diversity and colorfulness fascinates me. The marvelous impressions I take home from my travels, I frequently use in their abstract form in my paintings. Also I do work in my colourful, abstract style to express the mood and feeling of a particular moment in time. It is first and foremost the joy of painting, of colors, of the creative process itself and of the energy of being that drives my artistic creation.
