Art Description

Painting: Acrylic, Ink, Ballpoint Pen, Conte, Pencil on Canvas.

Mixed media painting on cotton canvas from Winsor & Newton. Warp resistant kiln-dried solid wood stretcher bars. Highly pigmented titanium dioxide. Gesso primer for superior coverage and performance. Hand-stretched for best tension and tailored corners. Archival. Acid free. Corners painted with golden acrylic paint (Liquitex Professional heavvy body).

Elínrós Díanadóttir is a London-based Swedish/Icelandic spiritual artist, meditation guide, blogger and writer with a focus on spiritual experiences, explorations, and adventures; a self-announced 'soul explorer' with a lot of love for the Indian spiritual heritage as well as the ancient Egypt with a bit of that Nordic vibe. Yes, all that Elínrós does is imbued with a devotion and reverence for the Divine, Unconditional Love, Oneness & Peace.

With painting, guided meditations, recorded prayers, articles, music and more, Elínrós' intention is to inspire, uplift, and connect on a soul-level with everyone who comes in touch with her work. The paintings have been intentionally charged with high-vibrational frequencies (just like you would pass healing energy onto a person), so that the presence of the paintings always bless the people and the places around it.

This painting is a part of the series 'Namaste, You' that consists of a collection of mixed media paintings created in connection with the artist's weekly YouTube-videos. With a new video coming out every Sunday - guided meditations, prayers, affirmation videos, etc. - these paintings provide the visual representation of the intentions, energies, connections, and service work involved for the highest good of all in the name of Unconditional Love. That, according to the artist, is what we need 'down here'.
