This is a view I happened to capture at Muir Woods, California. I love how the sun rays were beaming from between the thick trees, creating an aura of silence. To describe this painting in my words - "Into the world where silence is profound; Lies a world where peace abounds" Muir woods, California is beautiful beyond words. If you have been here, I am sure you will always remember the peace that flew into it along with the fresh wind. This painting will take you back to the woods in all its freshness. My love for oil dates back to the time when I was not allowed to touch them but see my cousin brother paint with them. Today, I cannot imagine my world without oil paints. I am from a small hill station, Shillong in India.
