It's Complicated IV Painting

"It's Complicated" is a five-piece artwork which is inspired by Picasso-Picabia exhibit and my daily existence at the intersection of the worlds of business and academia. All works from these series are tied with one poem. They are perplexed with they see and are desperately searching for an explanation of this human evolutionary phenomenon. *** Когда я уйду в путь великий последний мой, Чтоб снова родиться чрез тысячу весн, Ты полку найдёшь с чемоданом наследия, И с рюмочкой виски его пролистнешь. Ты будешь детально искать все источники, Оспаривать факты, высмеивать суть. «Где логика в этих ажурных пророчествах?» Ты призраку бросишь, желая блеснуть. «Нельзя быть слепым!» ты добавишь с агрессией, «Нельзя быть глухим, иль тебя раздробят...» Но там где нет света, мы видим созвездия, И там где нет звука, мы слышим себя... (C) 2018 TRANSLATED POETRY (ENGLISH) When I walk on my swell final path To be born again in a thousand springs, You will find a shelf with a suitcase of heritage, And with a shot of whiskey, you’ll flip through its wrings. You will search in detail for all original sources, You’ll challenge the facts and make fun of signs. “Where is the logic in these openwork prophecies?” You will throw at a ghost, wanting to shine. “You cannot be blind!” You will add with aggression, "You cannot be deaf, or they will crush you ..." But where there is no light, we see constellations, And where there is no sound, we hear our tune ...
