I am paraphrasing. there is this guy, btw, his name is Jonah. God tells him to go and speak to a mean group of people about their crappy attitudes and ask them to change to improve their chances of upward mobility, if you know what I mean. Well, that is not what Jonah wants to do, maybe he discounts himself, maybe he is afraid, maybe he thinks he can over ride God's request, IDK, But he hops on a boat going in the opposite direction to get out of the assignment. God is miffed. He sends a violent storm . The little boat gets rocked and goes this way that way forward backward over the raging sea. The crew assesses the blame should be placed on Jonah for the tempest They throw Jonah overboard because they know how to problem solve. Jonah gets swallowed by a fish. He spends 3 days in a stinky, smelly, and dark place before the fish spews him onto dry ground for a second look at his options. He rethinks it and decides to agree with God's request , goes and talks to the angry natives and gets them to behave better. Win Win. Enjoy
