About The Artwork
I was inspired to create this, after a high profile peer shared her works on Mormoism- and her experience in the mormon church. When I saw her works, I realized that I have secluded my absolute love for Christ and the sense of humor that I look back at my fervence with. Growing up I was a firm believer that Jesus was my first husband. On the 'B' side of this work, an image of Mary - myself in her shoes, looking for a painting that was lost to time and in tribute to one of my favorite works of art 'Ski-life' by Peter Doig. The 'lost painting' is titled Scottie in Neverland.
