ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This steampunk painting contains a large number of unusual details which are assembled into a complex, fantastical mechanism, the purpose of which is unknown. And even its name “A 88” doesn't explain anything! This piece has a background of a saturated swamp - green color and rich texture, accented with a warm shade of gold color and has an aged effect. The surface of the work is covered with a thin layer of a glossy varnish. The sides of the canvas are part of the composition, so the painting is ready to hang without an additional frame. The hand-stretched canvas is signed on the back.
