My Dark Side Reflection painting by Bruna Rocha Painting

This painting came while thinking about how we often show to be something we are not in our exterior, but we hide so much pain and darkness. That not everyone can ever start to understand the depths of our sorrow. So we keep smiling, going through life doing the best we can. I want people to see it and reflect on how important it is for them to also be transparent with themselves first, instead of burying their true feelings and emotions. The medium I picked it because of how colorful, impact, and how we can use different techniques with it.
