Artwork Influence As my brush was moving on the paper, images were flowing in my head... Springs_ when I couldn’t wait to pick up the super tiny poppies growing in front of our house and taking them to my grandma... By the time we get to her place, they were all gone... Summers_ in Damavand, the weather was much colder than Tehran and so, the poppies would blossom at the beginning of summer. They were the tough ones, they could last forever... The end of winter_ going towards North, if it was a warmer winter and the snow had already started melting, I could be lucky and find some poppies closer to our place... It seemed that it was always a poppy season somewhere in Iran... I am gone, my grandmother is gone, our place in north is sold, but the poppies still grow, for hopeful little girls like me... Artwork Description My artworks are signed at the front and are sold unframed. Framing is a personal choice and most people prefer to choose their own frame, based on their interior design. When framing a watercolour painting, please ensure to use a Paspartu (a mat-board) to prevent the glass and the image from touching, and also to increase the visual appeal of the painting. Using a Paspartu will increase the framing size, though. Sizes: The measures provided are based on size of the watercolour surface. there are small margins that will be covered by Pasrpartu, when framing. The weight of the artwork is just an estimate.
