For this work I have taken as a reference or starting point known spots of the Rorschach test, test created in 1921 by Hermann Rorschach, and is mainly used to assess personality, from a series of 10 sheets having stains ink, which are characterized by ambiguity and bilateral symmetry, producing a very suggestive spots that can motivate different interpretations In this case, and based on the pictures in this test, by being attracted by them, not only for its suggestive plasticity, but so that the origin and concept holds, I wanted to make a free interpretation, with a number of variations in paint acrylic and oil, with different sizes and formats ranging from about 2 meters to 4 cm. Sometimes in one piece, other combining a series of images .... In this case, it is one piece in purple canvas unprimed, mounted on a circular table, and painted with acrylic paint and with approximate dimensions of 50 cm. diameter. Conceptually, it is played with the idea of reality-unreality, manipulated, reinvented, to create forms that suggest other totally different and imaginative, open to interpretation. In this case the forms that suggest we are kind of mutant insects, hence the title.

Although I graduated university specializing in sculpture, I am a multidisciplinary artist, because I like working and experimenting with different techniques and means of expression, depending on the work and what they want to communicate. In sculpture I usually work with family very self-referential pieces that revolve around the domestic, everyday, parts often composed of recycled objects, own, or found with a story behind it, where I like to let the piece speak, to tell its history. In photography, childbirth always close up images, cliches, with which I like to create unreal worlds, in a fantastic way, that imagination run wild, that evoke other times and other situations, in painting, floor work in a somewhat eclectic, mixing together different materials and styles, to create very special pieces, and special, often with unconventional materials such as embroidery, lace, and even my own hair or recycled objects, texts that a second reading work, etc.
