About The Artwork
This painting is the first of the serie Nature without Nurture. It depicts a bird being connected or trapped to a male figure, which in turn is becoming the bird. The bird is either telling the male figure something, or pulling something out of his ear. Either way it is trapped and cannot fly away, only to serve as something useful for the male figure. In the collection Nature without Nurture there are currently 3 finished pieces and 2 more on the way.
