How do I look at the world? The world is upside down! Certainly there are nice things left in it but it happens a lot of crazy events. Identity is something that we are fighting for, something that we want to create, maintain or defend. It has been difficult for us humans to understand each others differences, appearance, thoughts and origins. Many lives have been sacrificed on the unclear path towards a as many people say “correct identity”. This artwork is dedicated to honor those who lost their lives innocently in the struggle for identity. May their hopeful and joyful souls guide us towards a better world with less violence and more understanding.

I am an Iranian painter and illustrator, born on 22 august 1981 in Teheran, Iran, living in Sweden since 2007! I escaped the life of an engineer at the last second and got a master's degree in Fine Arts from Art Academy in Teheran, something that I have never regretted! I also have a bachelor degree in Crafts and Design from Linköping University in Sweden.I live in Sweden, Linköping and have my own atelje at Alka artists organization where I paint and create! Most of my art works are inspired by Persian art and motives, nature and animals. I work with different techniques. I love to be inspired by human and animal figures. My style is symbolic and a little surrealistic. My very main interest is women's right and freedom with which I continuously work in my art.
