About The Artwork
When I attended the free school of the nude in Rome in 1983 and, later, the academy of fine arts in Florence, I noticed that when I practiced drawing or painting with the model, I was never satisfied with the results! But when I returned home, if I did the same things by heart without modeling them with speed, synthesis and abstraction, I was able to make more interesting works! Therefore all my figurative works are also abstract and spiritual!
