Oltre Painting

A sample of female figures, which echo the aesthetic canons of a bygone age, make up the geography of representing my works. A narration brought to the minimum terms, in which portraits, bodies and their gestures are harnessed in an aseptic and geometric place, real solid architectures in which they are defenseless, a space within the pictorial medium or through the virgin portions of slate. It, metamorphic stone, becomes the embankment of painting, a window through which the user is given the opportunity to observe, in disarming silence, the slightest gestures of melancholy and defenseless figures.
