About The Artwork

In this painting, I seek to convey the sense of an ongoing and relentless war. Holding in my hands the cartridge case from the battlefield, received as a gratitude for the donation, I imagined its dynamics and shape in the last second, before it became a cartridge case. By shaping my sense of the cartridge case, through art, I enable it to imprint a message for future generations. This painting is meant to remind us that every enemy will be defeated and to honor those who sacrifice their lives for our freedom.
