It’s the image I have of a favela, not a space of violence or poverty, but of organic occupation, in which people build their homes and share the space as they see fit. I don't worry about light and shadow, volume and perspective. I wanted to represent the constructive set that arises from this occupation that remember me the simplest way of living and make me think about the right to the city.
