Rosie lives in a small coastal town in North Devon, in the SW of England, there is an ornate, floribund public park, the gates are locked at dusk, she watched as kids lifted their push bikes over the railings to cycle round the park - under the weird and watchful eye of a surveillance camera, thinly disguised as an ornate gas street lamp. A serene but slightly dissonant scene, a commentary on a strange social norm.
