In his quest to daydream, Enrique Pichardo's work Personajes blanco y negro finds a spontaneous place among the disorderly lines that result in an abstract scene of two black and white characters. Measuring 70 x 50 cm and made of acrylic on paper, Master Pichardo gives us a glimpse of joy through the detailed and textured movement reflected in his work. His lines evoke tales of great artists such as Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondrian, Paul Klee, Jackson Pollock, José Manuel Merello, Juan Gris and Albert Gleizes. Being the style of the unique master, with a mixture of everything that he defines as Naif. Enrique Pichardo's work is a free-flowing expression of his imagination, with lines that are unplanned and spontaneous. He plays with shapes and colors to create unexpected perceptions, filling his canvas with energy and life. Pichardo is a uniquely talented artist who has exhibited his work internationally, earning great acclaim. His art is part of the legacy of many renowned international collectors, and he continues to cross borders with projects in countries such as Austria.

Mexico
The Mexican plastic artist, Enrique Pichardo, has more than 30 years of experience as a painter. His technique and style combine artistic influences from other countries with the traditional Mexican influence. In his own words, he defines his art as naive expressionism. The plastic work of Enrique Pichardo has more than one aspect. On the one hand, he creates works that are densely populated with shapes, figures, and colors. On the other hand, he has abstracted urban landscapes with a neutral color palette that recreates everyday situations. However, the special characteristic that maintains the cohesion of all his pieces is the conviction of approaching art through a return to his childhood and his first traces. Paint like a child, paint with more expression than technique, paint with feeling over technique. The painter seeks the skillful strokes of his inner child to carry out each of his pieces.
