About The Artwork

Many proof from DNA research and archaeological relics show that domestic pigs originated from wild pigs, whose homeland was in Southeast Asia. Pigs are gluttonous animals and will eat almost anything. Digging is a habit developed to scour for food and is so strong that they dig even when they are not hungry, so if they appear in large numbers in nature they can become a serious danger. When they are raised in large herds they tend to squabble among each other, but they remain healthy and their weight increases steadily thanks to abundant food sources despite their lack of movement. In some cases pigs are kept as pets, but normally they are raised for food.
