Diptych (stressing the separation) between the North and the South, the top and the bottom, a certain hierarchical organization but the fact of cutting the image suggests that what is below can be at the top, that the civilization of the North can one day fall over and find itself dominated by that of the South. The South is certainly on the knees, but the North appears most in distress, without personality, pale, in a praying position. Nevertheless, the North and the South appear alike (symmetric geometrically), (elbows become knees, breasts become stomach, curve of the back-hips becomes curve of the posterior, feet become hands). The North and the South are exactly cut in the middle similar to the equator.
