ABOUT THE ARTWORK
"Planet Macaron" is a set of four paintings. The pieces are fun and make a playful statement. The lines are imperfect and form a suggested circle in the center of each piece.The minimalistic composition with soft background colors and dimensional texture to encourage tactile experience. From the artist: Being an artist I get to experiment with different techniques and materials. I don't want just to depict the reality. In my paintings my intention is to convey the feelings, emotions, capture the moment in time and space, and even encourage interaction with my paintings. The four-piece set created using matte acrylic on board. It ships FRAMED and ready to hang. The frames are 1.25 in. deep (shadow box) and include glass which can be removed for tactile experience with the artwork. Signed, titled, and dated on the back. It comes with the Certificate of Authenticity. Can be displayed as a set or as individual pieces. Olena Sydoruk is a Ukrainian-born American-based multidisciplinary designer. She has a background in fine art and crafts, having earned her degree at the State University in Ukraine. After a few years of teaching career, she moved to the United States where she obtained a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit.
