About The Artwork
This is the second painting in a series on the Italian violin virtuoso Nicolo Paganini. It was not an easy vision to connect the musician with the soul, and the muse who cries, uplifted by the music. I wanted to subtly convey the emotions the musician evokes. The whole piece is surrounded by a focused spotlight, which adds to the intimacy of the characters in my painting.
