R5 Painting

This sound painting is an extension of the Riffpainting series (paintings originating from guitar riffs and the conceptual use of color). Finished as a poster. This project is part of my artistic research that involves sound as a tool and an experimental part in the development of installations and other supports; explore the idea that the landscape and objects not only reverberate and sound with a layer of sound, but the moment that surrounds it is immersed in a sound context The main idea is to explore sound as a pictorial creator; and explore our perception, how we read an image guided by sound. The color/sound palette is determined and the sound experimentation becomes the result of the painting. The painting process is an extension of the reverberation and intention contained in the initial process; explored sound. What is static begins to move; we read the image, anchored in the sound.
