About The Artwork

Humans wage war endlessly. There is something to be learned from that pain, but it still hasn't changed. Is it because of the power of imagination that knows no limits? Hume said imagination liberates and develops the mind, but its errors cause suffering. The reason why we cannot resolve wars and controversies is because they depend on human illusions. it has no clear, determined rules. Culture, religion, and even human nature are created by imagination and it has been misguided. Hume said, the answer is that we must recognize the limits by law or by reason, set ourselves up and keep peace. But is that possible? because the errors are also significant too. So It is said that this is where philosophical skepticism comes from. Reason places limits on itself and controls the fallible imagination. Reason requires a process of finding peace, harmony, and understanding. Then you get freedom there. like beautiful feelings make you breathe like air. Those so-called accidental things permeate life. By chance I am breathing. However, the process by which the Earth creates oxygen is a difficult and arduous path that requires everyone's effort. It's like peace. As Nietzsche expressed, the will to power is actually the will not to have power. In other words, it is the will to simply exist here. Like the Earth, which was accidental but possible because everyone existed on their own according to their respective roles and efforts. (November 5, 2023)
