About The Artwork
This work is conceived as a ferocious face that combines the image of an ancient Greek warrior wearing a helmet and the expression of an attacking warthog with sharp white tusks. In the process of working, I saw a racing cyclist, a fanatic football fan, flags and badges... So one day, when I finished it, I realized I had created my spiritual self-portrait.

Hi there! All my works, regardless of style, have one DNA – this is the sharp and simple world of signs (symbols, icons, totems). The ideas come spontaneously, but I painstakingly map the genealogy of my works and classify them into themes, cycles, clusters and groups. At the same time, I let concepts and images "travel" freely from one cycle to another. The themes of my cycles have titles such as City Icons (incl. Eyes of Surveillance, Road Marks, Warnings), Terra Nostalgica, “Human, all too Human”, Non-sense/Yes-sense, etc. I have participated in group exhibitions and workshops. Born in Bulgaria, lived in the UK, Japan and China. Currently based in Hong Kong. Qualified Architect, Urbanist, Doctor in Design and Dreamer.
