About The Artwork
The inspiration for this painting came from my every-day encounter with details of nature, reflected in water (there's a lot of water around where I live). All those small impressions have been merged into one painting with elements of nature, sky, land and movement. The painting was the best painting at the 'Groene Hart Art Prize 2017', and came in second overall.
