Jennifer Baker is a contemporary painter whose luminous oil paintings explore light, atmosphere, and the sublime beauty of the natural world.
Her work occupies the space between landscape and abstraction, drawing on light, air, water, and imagined environments to create paintings of depth, stillness, and emotional resonance—an invitation to pause and experience a sense of expansiveness within the spaces we inhabit.
Her practice has been shaped by a profound experience with illness and recovery, deepening her awareness of beauty, resilience, and the extraordinary nature of being alive.
A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Baker studied under her mentor, artist Jack Youngerman. Her paintings have been exhibited in Europe and the United States and are held in private collections in 19 countries.
Featured in **ELLE DECOR** and **Traditional Home**, her work has also been selected for luxury hospitality and residential interiors internationally, including Four Seasons properties and boutique hotels in Rome and Madrid. She works with collectors and designers on bespoke commissions.
Baker ships internationally from studios in Italy and Colorado.
