SMELLS LIKE SUMMER SUNSET Painting

Emy Rose Oz is an internationally collected, French abstract artist born in november 1988. She lives and works in the city of Lyon. Her work is mainly abstract representations of the union of nature with human feelings. She explores the notion of memory (real/imaginary) with a work on colours and contemporary materials both on large format canvases and mini-works on paper. "For me, visual poetry is about encapsulating emotions, memories, and experiences into a visual form that speaks directly to the soul. It's about using visual elements such as colors, shapes, textures and composition to evoke feelings, narratives, abstract ideas in a poetic manner and provoke introspection, much like traditional poetry does with words. In my work, I strive to create compositions that are not only visually captivating but also each feature, each hue, carries a narrative that invites viewers to interpret and connect with the artwork in their own unique way and engage with them in a poetic way."
