Irene D'Antò, b. 1984 Italy Graduated with honors in Illustration and Multimedia Animation from the European Institute of Design in Rome. Eclectic soul in so many ways. Guided by an inner voice and by a creative force that knows where to go even before I do. Working across a wide range of media such as drawing, painting, collage, animation, scanography and every new idea or media, reasearch and experimentation is always present. Welcoming mistakes as an opportunity to stimulate and often create something brilliant, inventing new personal languages, techniques and expressive styles. Artjournals and Altered Mag are my daily practice in which I meditate, research, listen and find a cathartic meaning as I'm journeying inward, putting together the pieces of a great puzzle that is the universe of an artist and a human being.
