About The Artwork
This island in Greece has been my second home since 1986. I know Hydra so well, I paint by memory. Sailing boats arrive at night into the port. The Museum is on the right and the white-washed houses and staircases shine in the dark. The windmill is at the very top of the hill and I lived in this windmill for 4 years. It is a semi-abstract composition. The painting is not framed.
