I was interested both in the dogs themselves and in the shapes that form between the dogs, so that the eye moves between the balls, the dogs and the negative spaces between. A pattern, a stop sign, pairs of dogs or circus dogs. An image that is both simple and complex. Each element is carefully drawn and then painted, with tiny differences. They are all individuals.
